Introducing Traceable Alpaca

As part of our Fall Chapter 1 Collection, we’re very excited to introduce our Traceable Alpaca Program—a new partnership with our knitwear partner in Peru (more on their exquisite craftsmanship here). The Isadora Cardigan and Clove Pullover are two of the program’s first styles—we’re working toward adding more— and in addition to their pointelle detailing and hand-crocheted floral buttons, they have a special hangtag so you can dive deeper into your garment’s origins.

Traceability is the ability to trace or map the production of garments throughout the supply chain. This process allows us to track the making of garments from start to finish—from breeding and hand-sorting to sourcing and spinning; it gives us visibility into the work of our partners to ensure they’re operating according to our social and environmental principles. Simply scan the hangtag attached to your garment to learn more about its journey, which begins in the Peruvian Andes and ends with you.
