Flutter sleeves skim the shoulders, with a ruffle trim echoing the ruffle rimming the V neck bodice. Pin tucks at the shoulders create a pleated effect that extends to a comfortably roomy bodice easy to cinch in at the waist with the attached self wrap belt.
