Shipping Policy
We ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles warehouse location (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship via UPS and all rates are calculated at checkout, so please enter your shipping address to determine shipping cost. All orders placed with 2nd-day shipping will be prioritized and sent out same day if the order is received before 12pm PST. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. DOEN has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from DOEN. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Dôen offers free returns for items in new condition with tags attached within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. We do not offer exchanges.  If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund (less original shipping cost) and place a new order.  To complete a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Please fill out “return reason” on the packing slip included with original shipment. Please make sure to include a copy of your original packing slip in the return shipment so that we may identify your order.
  • When your item is shipped to you, it will include a pre-printed UPS return shipping label. Please attach this label to the original shipping packaging and seal the package.
  • Please drop package at nearest UPS location. Go to for locations.
  • Within 2-3 days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Refunds are for product only and do not include initial shipping cost. Please allow 7-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
  • If you would like to process a return, but don’t have the original pre-printed return label please include your order number in the shipment and send to: DÔEN ATTN: RETURNS, 5354 Denny Ave. Suite 133, North Hollywood, CA 91601.  For help or questions on a return please contact anytime.

DOEN has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders and process returns for our international customers.  To request an international return on an item ordered via International Checkout within 7 days after you receive your items, please login or create your account here and click on the 'Request Return' option.   If you do not have an account with International Checkout, please contact their customer service team here for assistance.  Then, select the 'Request Return' option for the particular order for which you would like to make the request and complete the form. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a Return Authorization number via email.   We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund (less original shipping cost) and place a new order.

Your request to return any items must be received within 7 business days of receipt of your order and must be pre-authorized by International Checkout. You will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number when your return is approved.  All returns on orders placed through International Checkout will be processed by International Checkout.   If you need additional assistance please contact

International Checkout is not responsible for any delays by the shipping carrier, customs, or any other cause that may affect your order's eligibility for return. Due to the time sensitive nature of returns and exchanges, we recommend that you contact International Checkout immediately with your request for a Return Authorization.

Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original International Checkout receipt or invoice.

We recommend that all items be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery. International Checkout is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to the store or to International Checkout. The Return Authorization Number must be included on the label. Due to the time sensitive nature of these store's return policies, expedited/express shipping may be required.

If you request a refund, you will be responsible for international return shipping. You will receive a refund for the merchandise purchase price minus domestic shipping costs incurred (if any), any fees that are charged by the store, and a $10.00 USD Restock/Return fee. Your refund will not be issued until the Return is received, process, and accepted.
We do not pay return shipping for international orders and customs duties and VAT are non-refundable through Dôen/International Checkout. You may be able to recover these funds directly by contacting your local customs bureau. 

GIFT RETURN POLICYWe are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds for items received as gifts.

EXCHANGE POLICYWe do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICYFor orders placed during our holiday season we are happy to extend our regular 30 day return period. For gift orders placed on or after Nov 1 we will honor all returns postmarked to us by January 15th. To ensure that you receive your order on time during a busy shipping season, all orders shipping UPS ground should be received by Dec 12, 2016 for guaranteed delivery by Dec 21st 2016.
