Temporary Shipping Delays
We are currently experiencing a delay in shipping up to approximately 10 days, and are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Our business has been impacted by Covid-19 in more ways than we can count – from production delays to adjusted work schedules that impact shipping times. We also implemented a much needed inventory and shipping system update in mid-July which brought on a number of unforeseen challenges, creating a longer transition than expected.
The delay in shipping times caused by this update was more than we anticipated, and we understand that this is incredibly frustrating for anyone who is waiting for an order for longer than originally communicated. In-stock orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. For those whose pre-order item(s) are delayed due to Covid-19, we are working to get these items shipped out as close to the projected arrival window as possible. For those waiting on orders that include items now in-stock as well as preorder items that are still outstanding, we are working through these orders manually in order to partially fill your order with the in-stock styles as soon as possible.
Please know that we are working our hardest to get each and every order sent out as quickly as possible, while also ensuring that our Distribution Center team stays safe and healthy with a series of enhanced safety measures designed to protect against Covid-19 — including smaller shifts and frequent rounds of sanitization, which slow down our shipping processes. Our Customer Care Team is currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, and is working through all emails as quickly and as diligently as possible.
