Retail Sales Associate
Dôen is seeking positive, highly motivated full-time and part-time sales associates to join our first store located in the Brentwood Country Mart, Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate will understand the Dôen brand aesthetic and have prior experience with driving sales, establishing and maintaining client relationships by creating a unique and exceptional customer experience.
-Meet sales and productivity goals as an individual and as part of the store team
-Provide the highest level of personalized client experience to a loyal and growing customer base
-Provide gift wrapping services and shipping services as needed and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
-Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Be proactive and take initiative to ensure the store is maintained and running efficiently at all times
-Perform daily opening and closing procedures including daily paperwork reconciliation
-Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are followed
-Participate in seasonal inventory counts and all stocks control in the store
Skills and proficiencies
-Must have 1-2 years sales or customer service experience in a fashion retail environment (luxury retail preferred)
-Energetic, confident, and adaptable personality
-Experience with working with clientele books and building lasting relationships with customers
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects up to 15 pounds
-Open availability including weekends and holidays
-High school diploma or ged required
