Production / Development Intern
Dôen is seeking a highly organized and motivated Production/Product Development Intern to join our team on a part-time basis in our North Hollywood HQ. The Ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and can adapt to a fast paced work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in apparel production and product development!
General office organization, including samples, fabric/trim submits, and archival reference samples
Receive packages and distribute to Production, Product Development, Tech Design and enter into WIP report
Logging deadlines into WIP
Steam samples for fittings
Organize showroom samples
Update linesheets on the wall for Tech Design & Design
Run general errands locally
Creating care labels to send to vendors
Coordinate outbound sample shipments to vendors
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Product Development, Tech Design, or other related field
Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly growing company
Energetic team player who is eager to learn
Part Time (2-3 days per week)
