General office organization, including samples, fabric/trim submits, and archival reference samples
Evaluates each submit thoroughly by weighing and confirming thread count matches standard
Creates Care Labels / Approves Care Labels sent by vendor
Tracks, receives, approves, and files UPC tags, care labels, and disclaimer tags
Issues PO’s to vendors
Ensures PO’s are updated in a timely manner based on projections
Enters style master into inventory management system
Actively pursues HTS codes and enters into inventory management system
Update PO cancel dates and ETA’s as needed until goods are handed over to freight forwarder
Request and update weekly WIP reports for multiple seasons simultaneously to maintain accurate information that is used by cross-functional partners
Visits domestic vendors and communicates all needs to supervisor
Orders trims for domestic production
Chases proto, SMS, photo samples, and TOPs daily
Partners with Design Assistant and Tech to ensure necessary mock ups are made to include in correspondence with vendors.
Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Production experience (1-2 years) preferred but not limited
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
