PR / CREATIVE INTERN

DÔEN IS SEEKING A SELF-MOTIVATED AND ENTHUSIASTIC PR INTERN TO JOIN OUR TEAM ON A PART TIME BASIS IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- PRESS SAMPLES SEND OUT, FOLLOWING UP ON RETURNS, PROCESSING RETURNS

- ASSIST WITH PRESS CLIPPINGS ON A DAILY BASIS (PRINT, DIGITAL & SOCIAL)

- HELP MAINTAIN PR DECK WITH UP TO DATE CLIPPINGS ACCORDINGLY 

- ENTERING PRESS ORDERS FOR GIFTING 

- CREATE PRESS CALENDAR WITH NOTES ON WHEN PIECES COME INTO STOCK 

- COORDINATE PRODUCT FLAT LAY SHOOT AND PREPARE PRODUCT TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED (STEAMING, PINNING TO WHITE BOARDS)

- HELP WITH PACKING SAMPLES FOR SHOOTS

- HELP WITH RECORDING EXPENSES AND COLLECTING RECEIPTS 

- ORGANIZATION OF PRESS RACK / BACK CLOSET

- LOCAL ERRANDS FOR PRESS GIFTING OR SHOOTS

- ASSISTANCE GATHERING COMMUNITY INSTAGRAM POSTS USING PIXLEE AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT (INSTAGRAM, PINTEREST) 

 

COMPENSATION:

 PART TIME
$14.25 / HOUR
