ASSISTANT TO IMAGE AND BRAND DIRECTOR
DÔEN is seeking creative, detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to Image and Brand Director to join our team on a full-time basis in North Hollywood office. The Ideal candidate will manage day-to-day PR and Communication needs. Will communicate the brands bigger voice in getting our story and vision to the public in a way that represents DÔEN and the company values.
-Manage in-house day-to-day PR needs (sending out samples, following up on returns, processing returns, entering press orders)
-Work with PR manager on seasonal send-outs, gifting & new connections
-Manage printed collateral
-Manage Press clippings on a daily basis & keep up-to-date PDFs for press send-outs
-Keep track of Instagram on a regular basis to clip tagged images of influencers/celebrities
-Put together “style book” prior to launches for PR related send-outs
-Schedule & manage seasonal flats shoots
-Pixlee management and upkeep
-Event organization support
-Launch prep support in conjunction with other members of the visual team (cropping & uploading of images and videos, swatch creation & linking, detail photos)
-Work with PR team on new ideas of editors to reach out to, story ideas
-Help with maintaining budget and organizing receipts
-Highly skilled in management of social media platforms, along with developing content to help grow and maintain active social media outlets.
-Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadline
-Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and Adobe Suite
-Photoshop experience is preferred but not required.
-College or bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication or art is preferred but not necessary
