I first met Amber in Venice Beach as neighbors; her cottage was in front of mine. A transplant from Australia, I was immediately drawn to her Aussie lilt, curly blonde hair, her natural radiance and warm personality. She invited me to an essential oils party she hosted and shared her health and wellness philosophy and her belief in natural medicine (she had an at-home birth and is part of the Cafe Gratitude family). I visited Amber recently at her new home in Highland Park, where she moved with her husband and now toddler, Valentine. It was a breath of fresh air to catch up with her and Valentine, who i miss crawling up my patio stairs on a daily basis. She is truly a magical human being and makes you want to see the world, think outside of the box and be the best version of yourself. Amber's mantra: Listen to your body, buy local and eat organic continues to drive and define her life.
