In a 70’s inspired 100% organic cotton floral print, Cecily stuns with a deep V neck leading to a fitted waist, cinched in with a hidden side zipper to create the perfect fit. Long, full sleeves gathered at the shoulder cap lead to smocking at the sleeve cuff that hugs the wrist and creates Cecily’s billowing sleeve shape when pushed high on the arm. Elasticized stitching at the shoulder, sleeve, and waist add structure to Cecily’s easy elegance, while a drop waist seam leads to a single tier shirt shirred at the hip and flowing to a delicate fluttering ruffle, mirroring the ruffle at the waist and end of sleeve.
