Title: PD/Production Intern
Classification: Nonexempt
Hourly Rate*: $17.28/hr
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Schedule*: Onsite
DÔEN is looking for a dynamic PD/Production Intern to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is on site/in office and will report to our VP of Product Development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Filing of approved swatches, lab dips, trim submits, logging wip details & tracking, organization of binders & samples (including footwear/accessories), opens and distributes packages.
Supports Production & Product Development Team in day-to-day functions
Assists in preparation for design meetings
Assistants in ERP Data Entry
Track UPC Tags, care labels & disclaimer tags
Work with DC to keep accurate inventory of hashtags (prep for reordering)
Qualifications

Qualifications
Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly growing company

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements
Must be able to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week; full schedule to be determined with supervisors.

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation
Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer
Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs
Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time
Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones
Must be able to access various areas of a given location
*Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
* The DÔEN 2024 Internship Program is a 4 month paid project.
