FAQs

 

With many territories and states currently in government-mandated lockdowns, our partners’ facilities have been shut down and production has been temporarily halted. Our current estimated arrival dates are available on each product page, but these dates are subject to change based on government regulations and mandated shutdowns. For more information, and if at any point the wait for your pre-order becomes too long and you would like to cancel, please see our FAQ below.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. If at any point you feel the wait time is too long, we understand and we will be able to process your cancellation. If you’d like to move forward with a cancellation but sign up for Back in Stock notification when we do receive this style, we are happy to assist you in this as well! Please email customercare@shopdoen.com with your order number to cancel.

 

Q. How will I next be updated?

A. We plan to send another update as soon as we have more information on your style. You will also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your item has shipped.

 

Q. Is there a place where I can check the ETA of my items?

A. We update ETAs for each item on pre-order on the individual product page, and our Customer Care team is available to assist with any additional information. However, these ETAs are subject to change based on government regulations and mandated shutdowns.

A. Our team is available by phone at 818-691-0308 or toll free at 877-756-7353 on Monday through Friday from 7am PST to 7pm PST, Saturday from 10am PST to 6pm PST, and Sunday between 11am PST and 5pm PST.
